4 week mobility leads to stability series!

Mobility leads to stability Online and In-person

Starting Tuesday, February 10th, and Monday, February 23, I am offering a special class, that will draw from my 7 years of practice, study, and immersion in Iyengar Yoga. I took a 5 day teachers intensive from Eddy Marks and Mary Obendorfer who are Senior Iyengar teachers a few years back, and learned from them how Mr. Iyengar wanted "beginners" to learn yoga. He was worried, Mary and Eddy shared, that his teachings were being lost, and shared this transformative class with all of us. I decided not to pursue an Iyengar certificate for many reasons, but have learned invaluable techniques and wisdom that have shaped me as a teacher of yoga. Every time I teach this type of class people love it. I decided to offer it as a series, due to the feedback I have received.


It is remarkable, how going back to the basics, in repetition, rhythmically, and steadily, will improve your mobility. When your mobility improves, so does your stability. Your ideas will be blown by the methodology of this series.

*if you have at least 6 months of yoga practice, the Tuesday class will delve into inversions such as shoulder stand, plow, headstand, handstand, and will have a more challenging flow to it.

I offer 8 classes per week, in-person at the studio, and online. You can take any class that is online in the studio, or, have the ease and efficiency of practicing at home, or taking me with you when you travel to keep your movement momentum going. 


online classes are 60 minutes

in-person classes are 75 minutes


  • Monday 9:00 (online) am full body weight circuit+ yoga warm up/cool down 
  • Monday  5:30 in-person yoga (beginner friendly) Yoga wall + somatics
  • Tuesday (online) 11:30 am Dynamic Flow for strength and longevity
  • Tuesday (in-person) 5:45 pm Level 2 Yoga wall + somatics
  • Wednesday (online) 9:00am Metabolic Conditioning 
  • Thursday 11:30 am full body weight circuit+ yoga warm up/cool down 
  • Thursday 5:30pm Full body stretch and reset with yoga wall + somatics
  • Friday 9:30 am Mindful Movement- Hatha Yoga with heart
